Molds wear down after many uses. The word "lost" might be wico's representative's nice way of saying "broken" or "worn out". A new mold probably costs about $2000 or more to recast if they have original plans. Maybe cheaper for wico to do it themselves.
But, if it really is just lost, maybe that's better. Then they might find it later. Okay, maybe I'm dreaming. ;-)

Maybe I'm saying "maybe" too much.

: That is pretty sad. When I talked to them last week, she said they had about 75 leaf joysticks left, and that would be the end of them. They were 10 bucks a piece. So far, their prices are much better than HAPP, not sure about the quality though. I will have to order and find out.

: : : Well it finally arrived, with a price list as well. If anyone has any questions on their products and pricing let me know. Not sure how many people have these already.

: : : Email me or post here.

: : Too bad they lost the mold for their leafstick joysticks. At least that's what they told me when I tried to order a while ago.

: : I've heard of breaking the mold but it's bad form for a large company to loose something like that.
