Being from the US, I don't know what's available to you; however, you might try a different type of bit. A spade, hole saw, or forstner bit all work fine for cutting holes in control panels made of wood. Otherwise, use your 25mm bit and sand it to the right size with a drum sander (the holes don't have to be perfect).

: I'm from the UK and everything is in millimeters here. I have drill bits of widths 32 and 25 mm but one is too small for the Happ Horiz-Microswitch Pushbuttons I have and one is too large! However I can't find one between these two sizes! Help! Is there somewhere that does a 28 or 30 mm drill bit? I'm buggered if I can find one (looked in HomeBase and B&Q).
