If you really must download all of the roms go to the news groups like Lilwolf and others mentioned a few posts back
1. Register at easynews.com ($10/month or 6gigs)
2. Get NewsBin pro ($29.95, updates for life)
3. Connect to alt.binaries.emulation.misc on the easynews.com server (or your isp news server)
The roms will download fast from easynews. Takes less than an hour of UNATTENDED time to get the latest pack of 57 roms.
