Other then the card edge connectors, the only thing that jpac really does is make sure that you dont blow your arcade monitor. This is actually a very very nice feature.

you plug in a monitor to it and the arcade monitor. If the signals are 15hz your arcade monitor pops up... otherwise your pc screen

I would definately go with it. This takes care of all my concerns with using an arcade monitor (well, that and finding the right video card)

: I have a 25" WG arcade monitor in which I would like to maybe play more than just my Mame setup on it. I have several PC games that I would like to play and I am still debating on putting my consoles in it as well. I understand that by going with a J-Pac then it would work out the best for me since I have the Jamma hookups but does anyone know if the J-Pac will work for the other things I want to use it for? My original plan was to do the I-Pac and then use the PC2Jamma and Saturn/Dreamcast2Jamma hookup instructions but now I am starting to wonder. Thank you to anyone who can lend a helping hand.

: Michael
