It doesn't "hardware stretch" so goodbye to the 4:3 aspect ratio, except the 320x240 games.

...Or is it just me???

BTW, could someone with one of the other cards tell if hwstretch works and its disadvantages also (if they have).

: Cards based on the Trident Blade3D chipset are reportably the best for using windows on arcade monitors(drivers at link below). These can be had for less than $30 the last time I looked on pricewatch.com .

: Sis6326 chipset and Matrox G400 cards are also supported (drivers below as well)
