What about a Signal "Reducer" ???????

If someone has the knowhow... it would be great to have a 'RED' - Signal 'Reducer'. Usually, when passing video to composite or Svideo Tv's... the red is just too overpowerfull. By limiting this, you could turn the color up a lot higher with a LOT less bleding! : )
