I was just working on the machine right now.

I noticed if I turned the contrast way up so that the colours started to bleed, the shaking was lessened.

I'm not sure if this is due to there being less of a contrast between the "flashing" light part of the screen and the dark part or what though.

I need to do a cap kit on my monitor, that much is certain. I was just wondering if anybody had encountered a problem like this and fixed it?
