I fixed the constantly rolling problem by forcing vbeline and vgaline modes by replacing the device_video line with: device_video vbeline vgaline

I can now even use the auto modes.

: In the past I have not had any problems setting up AdvanceMAME, but I previously purchased a new mobo (w/ integrated video/sound) and an Athlon XP 1700+ to use in my cab and have run into a problem. I'm running the latest version of AdvanceMAME on a standard 15KHz monitor. I have created a default advmame.cr file and have properly placed the pclock/hclock/vclock configuration for my monitor in the file. I then run advv.exe and choose my modes. When testing the modes (by pressing enter,) they display perfectly, so I press space to highlight them, then press F2 to save (and to verify that they saved properly, I checked the advmame.cr file and they are listed.) However, upon running AdvanceMAME, nothing displays properly. The screen constantly rolls. I've tried tweaking my pclock setting, but it doesn't help any. I'm running a Biostar M7VKS mobo.

: This same monitor worked perfectly with AdvanceMAME and a Trident Blade3D combo before.
