need help/opinions on converting a Naomi cab to run mame

I'm thinking of buying a 1999 Namco Cyberlead cabinet to make a mame cab with.
I've seen it running a Jamma board using a convertor and the cables running into it seemed to suggest that it may just plug into a pc and run fine (I wanna go up and try this out next week).
One looked like a standard monitor cable and the other was USB.

It also has a LED display on top (like a pinball machine) which can apparently be reprogrammed to play new anims etc. Does anybody have any info on this? It'd be great to see M.A.M.E. scrolling across the top while youre playing:)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
