Lol, nice lilwolf. Well to my knowledge, my old Atari 2600 paddle could spin just like a spinner, BUT it stopped after about 270 degrees each way. It wasn't used much, mainly for Warlords, but it was cool. Spinner's usually have no limit to how far they can spin, they simply spin freely left and right, no stop to as how many times they rotate.
Hope that helps, and a stick I'm pretty sure refers to an analog joystick, like the one used on the space harrier machine, or the one used on the After Burner II machine. I'm not too sure on that one though.
