I just created it in Photoshop and had Kinkos (a local print shop chain) print it for me since it was 32" x 8". It only cost $35 I think? Once printed, I just "sandwiched" it between two sheets of plexiglass and used the Happ marquee retainer to mount that to the cabinet.
