: Yes, there are C64 eumlators. I had played MULE a lot when I was a kid, and I downloaded a C64 emu and that game a few months back. Was fun to replay it...

: As for the game you are talking about, I can't help ya sorry. There is a game for the PC like that tthough, called Gearhead Garage, it is made in part by SNAP-ON tools...
