I have a plan worked out to buy a mini-tower for my living room that will serve as my "Arcade PC". I was going to put a nice Duron in there, ATI card with video out, tweak the case so it looks good in the living room (ie: neon, windows, etc..)

But when I saw this article on Tom's Hardware: http://www.tomshardware.com/howto/02q1/020111/index.html

I realized that this would be a much cheaper solution, still look nice, and would be easier to place in the living room.

My only question to you experienced guys is this...the video out on that is VIA S3 Savage 4. Will that be sufficient for quality MAME? I'm really concerned from everything from Galaga & Donkey Kong to Dungeons & Dragons Tower of Doom & Marvel vs. Street Fighter.
