We'll the thing is your going to put that nice curve on it and I'm assuming you'll test fit it to your own hand so that you can rest all of your fingers on the buttons at once....

That's all well and good, but if your buddy with the really big/small hands comes over he's going to find the setup akward.
It's just personal preference really...

Most people don't realize that

: Can you ellaborate on why? I believe you, it's just I have little experience with this.

: : : : Could you guys critique my initial cp layout? I put it together in ICPD.

: : : : To explain:

: : : : The main lower joysticks are Happ competitions. The upper joysticks are ikari rotary joysticks. I'll make the competitions removable like was done with the MameGTX cab. I'm also going to make trigger sticks as described on the MameGTX site that will swap with the competition handles. I would like to get a translucent blue Imperial trackball, but we'll see what the budget (wife) will allow. Above the trackball are two mouse buttons on the right, and a harddrive spinner that I will make on the left. I believe that the spinner design described on Doug Hansen's site takes up only a 2" diameter area under the cp. Above those are a coin button in the middle, and the player start buttons on each side. I haven't thought about the admin buttons, though I may try to hide them. There will also be a couple of pinball buttons on each side.

: : : : I'd love to hear any feedback or recommendations that you might have. What do you think of the button layout and overall spacing? Is there anything I'm forgetting?

: : : : Thanks,
