Display Problem

Hey all,
I know I already asked this question, but none of the answers helped me out. My display when running a game isn't correct. The display in AOS is perfect, but it must be some setting I have wrong as you can see in the pick the display is all squashed to the right. The rotation isn't the problem, just the display. I've tried all combinations of resolutions and I still can't get it to work. I get this display with every game I try. I'm using a ATI RageIIC card. I hope someone can please help as I've been working on this all weekend and can't figure it out.
