First thing you need to find out is if its your monitor or game board. Do you have any other games you can try hooking up to to test the monitor? Just run the RGBHV lines from one game over to this monitor to test. The sync may be slightly off when viewing another game on this monitor, but you just want to make sure the colors are there.
Problems could be loose connections in the video lines either from the game board or on the monitor.

: So this is exactly what my screen looks like...greenish tint and lines......someone did tell me that it may be loose chips on the pcb and I might be able to adjust the color .......but from people that used to play this exact games they said that this just kinda happened .. and some said it gradually did this......
