I was considering this TV, but I too found differing sites saying it has S-Video or not. This site says it does, but I don't know.

You might consider a 27" TV - I just bought the Toshiba 27A41 from Goodguys.com for $299 delivered (free shipping, no tax). My cab was only 26" wide, but I measured before hand and this TV fits, so if you've got 26" to spare in your cab, there are 27" TV's that will work for under $300.
