These opto-pcb's are basically all the same... sometimes the two central pins of the 4-pin connector may be reversed. I mean, Happ pcb (viewed from solder side) has +5V and GND, whereas other pcb's (e.g. the one mounted on Forgotten Worlds' paddles) has GND and +5V. This means that the contacts of the photosensors will also be reversed, in a specular way... The pictures of the link you gave do not show the pcb, so I can't help you... Send me a pic, if you can...
