It looks good to me as far as the technical side goes; Phillips makes some decent stuff. However, with the width of it (28-7/8"), you're gonna end up with a pretty wide cabinet (over 30"). Unless, of course, you take it out of its case...which has an accompanying round of complications. If cabinet size isn't an issue (measure the door first!!!!), go for it.

: I was goin around bestbuy.com because of their free shipping quota, and I was browsin around tvs, lookin for semi-cheap tvs with s-video inputs, and I happen to stumble upon this badboy. http://www.bestbuy.com/detail.asp?e=11051040&m=1&cat=24&scat=27 the reason I'm so interested in this tv, is look at the back, where usually the tv sticks out. This could equal very good balance, and loading from the front of the cabinet a snap. I was hoping I could get some other people's comments on how phillip tv's look, I'm not too concerned bout the sound quality, although it would be nice to get some input.
: Thanks in advance,
