Frontend torment

Hi all,
I've been searching and searching for an appropriate front end to use. Does anyone know of a frontend that can use joystick support (NOT useing a HotRod type keyboard mapped stick), runs under Windows, AND can support multiple emulators? Namely, I'd love to run MAME for most games, and something like Final Burn Alpha for CPS2 games.

Any help is appreciated!
