: Cool product Oscar. Very cool! I was wondering about the mounting plate. I have a 4 player cab. I would probably get one of these things for player 1, except I would like all 4 joysticks layouts on my CP to look similar (when the restrictor is not on). I don't want 3 to look normal and then have one have this big metal plate. I see that you noted that you can use the restrictors without the metal plate, but I personally would like to use it because I'm sure you designed it to be more stable with the plate. Anyways, I'm wondering if it would make any since to have the mounting plate mounted on the bottom side of the control panel? Make since? I realize that this would actually push your joystick shaft down into the CP by the thickness of your mounting plate, but anyways, what do you think?

Thanks, Jakobud! You are correct in assuming that the restrictors were designed to be used with the mounting plate, and that would give you the best performance. However, I have uploaded a few studies to the website showing how I would envision a plateless installation to look if it were attempted.

I'm not sure I follow you about installing the mounting plate under the control panel. This would defeat one of the primary reasons for this design (easy accessibility) and how would the restrictors be installed from the bottom? I must be missing something in your post.
