Does anyone use the Happ Universal joystick?

I was examining one of these at the Amusement Trade show in London yesterday (when I could see past Frank Happ's copious frame!)

These appear to be rather good. The advantages seem to be:

Can be changed to a real 4-way by rotating a restrictor plate
Small stick, light springing, seem ideal for smaller panels.
One single hole mounting, no screws.
Can be rotated (Q-Bert!)

But I can't see any feedback here about them in actual use. It's impossible to tell what they are really like without using for actual gameplay. Anyone tried these?
I do have an ulterior motive in asking I admit. I know who manufactures them for Happ and I am thinking of putting them on my site for ordering.
I have also found the perfect stick which will definitely appear there. You can change this one from an 8 way to a real 4-way (restricted) by flipping a lever! Perfect!
