I'm pretty sure the defender one wouldn't be of much use since the cool thing about defender joysticks is that you can get a reverse button right next to it. But then again, As soon as you make the galaga version, it would be free (just rotate them.)
I love the idea of having a bunch of plates. I might consider that solution for my next project (cocktail or bartop... can't decide....well more like I can't afford right now)...

: The restrictors do not rotate for use on Q*Bert. If there is enough interest, I will look at making additional/optional sets of restrictors for games like Q*Bert (blocks 4-way), Galaga (blocks up/down), and Defender (blocks left/right).
: These optional restrictor sets will fit the mounting plate and be interchangeable.
