That computer? Yuck. Pentiums 4s suck.
You can get a amd 1.2Ghz for less than that and it will out perform it.
Intel is making bad chips now that they have a serious competitor and have to try and stay ahead of them. When it was just cyrix it wasn't that big of deal and they could take their time bringing a chip out.

using the same site here's a amd 1.3ghz that will smoke that p4 and is about $100 cheaper.

Personally I don't like FIC. I only stick with high quality like asus and abit. The ECS boards for AMDs and celerons have been flakey. That tiger direct has them it's the soyo K7VTA. Anything with K7 in front is an ECS board. They aren;t that reliable. Two of my friends had them and the board fried after 3 months. They start out awesome, but after a few months they die. FIC is an ify brand too.
Since that is what that site completely has I wouldn;t buy form there. Like I said, I stick with high quality asus and abit.

Shuttles are ok, they are medium quality. I had a few shuttles, I like them.

Anyway, AMD is proven to be faster than intel AND is cheaper. What more could you want. For the price of that 1.5Ghz P4 you could also get on that site the AMD 1.6Ghz which will completely decimate the P4.

Building your own system from scratch isn;t hard either. Goto Pricewatch.com, find a mobo/cpu combo oyu like. Read the review at toms hardware on it first! Then just get a video card and the right memory for that mobo.
If you look at the 1600 AMD on pricewatch there is one with the abit board for $188. That isn't that bad. Add a $70 video card, $40 worth of memory add shipping and you get a better PC then those FICs for about the same price. If your current case is already an atx even better, then you don;t need to get a case.
