I technically don't know where you can order it from per se. It's typically used for like counter tops.. It comes in something like 2' X 15' sheets I think. I know you can't get it from Home Depot or Lowes.
I just went to a couple local custom woodworking shops in town and asked them if they had any spare pieces they could part with. My control panel is 27" x 13". And you can work with it just like wood.
