As johnpurs said.
Yellow - 12v+
Black - Ground
Black - Ground
Red - 5v+

You could get pinball lights that are 5v like he said OR goto an autoshop and pickup a 12v dash light (car or motorcycle) and use the yellow and a black, it'd be brighter though.
