Yea almost any card will work. I've got the sb16 pci, iomagic vortex1 and aureal vortex2 cards to work in dos. It's all about configuration. First off you don't want the drivers for the card in dos you want the soundblaster emulator drivers in dos. Then it's all about adjusting the settings. It takes a little work. I don't know if that card supports sb emulation or not. The sb16 pci was the easiest to configure and worked the best in mame.
