As it happens, I've been searching pretty heavily for Y-adapters lately. I'm gonna wind up needing two, since I have two PS/2 pointing devices, one PS/2 keyboard, and a serial device.
You should be able to get a dual PS/2-to-USB adapter for around about $30.00 or so. Check http://www.usbgear.com.
D-Link makes a nifty gadget that has four downstream USB ports, two PS/2 ports, and a serial port. I'm considering that as well.
