how to make dos boot?

Hi,
I want to run my GLAUNCH in pure dos...i need to know how to make a floppy disk that will load dos and the program..i have it running off the hd but i hate going into dos..want it off the floppy..when floppy is out it goes to windows..if u can explain to me how to do this that would b great, and I would very much appreciate it.
