not in windows. we have a 233 at the office that the bosses kid uses for mame (my boss got me into emulation btw... kinda cool).
Anyway, he gets 5 - 10 frame skips regularly on auto or 80% frames
In dos you will probably get it, or better yet, get an emulator thats faster like hive, callus, Retrocade, ect. Ones that are designed to be fast.
