That's most likely why you got a bad picture with that video card. RCA is ok but not really the best for TVs. Not matter which v-card you use, if you're using RCA then the pic is going to look bad or have problems. Best bet, is S-Video. Most TV video cards have that. I know it might mean buying a new TV but if you want the best you're going to have to pay for it. Rent a TV for a week and try out the S-Video to see the results then you can decide if it's worth the cash $$$. Good luck.
