My box is 25" x 12", with all that you require. My trackall isn't yet mounted but I have a 6.5 sq location for it in the centre. The actual depth of the top is 14" with a width of 26" giving a nice comfortable area to rest my palms at the front - so there is a slight overhang at the front and sides.
I have no pictures up yet, sorry, the best thing to do is make cardboard templates of the controls and lay them out on a cardboard cutout of your top panel.
