With any new MAME release, there is always a flood of the new and changed ROMS on alt.games.mame and alt.binaries.emulators.misc within a few days.

Not too sure who is responsible for these, but the sets are in most cases complete, bug free, and work. You should have no problems getting the newer ROMS on these newsgroups - this is what I've been using for the last few months.

As an aside, I loved mame.dk, even though it wasn't my first choice for downloading new ROMS. I sure do hope they maintain the database, because the quality of the game info is best, bar none. Good job guys, and thanks for the service.

: I meant something more specific. If I want to get the mame .59 roms when they're released (the changed and new roms), it would be nice if I could just grab them somehow.

: : : Morpheus would be cool but we should come up with some sort of naming standard.

: : mame -listfull

: : Looks like there is a naming convention...
