Sorry, I didn't realize the neotec was vga. Not familar with its qualities, but for the price if you can get it to work then you've done very well. $100 for a 19" vga arcade monitor is outstanding. Make sure to post an opinion on that monitor if you do use it; it sounds interesting. I'm currently using a wellsgarder d9200 for my main cab, but was thinking of building a table top for verticle games and I plan on using a 19" svga capable arcade monitor.
