Cyberlead there are two versions..

One which is older than the other, the first Cyberleads (they look indentical) was just Standard Jamma cabinet, the second version (The Naomi edition) is a lot nicer, this version has USB jamma setup (Sadly the USB IO board doesn't work on the PC), it also has a Multi-Sync monitor, it supports 31.5khz VGA.

Basically if you get a J-PAC you are good to go!

As for the dot matrix screen, I have no information on that, but I believe it can be programmed via a PS/2 looking thing.
