CAbinet done but do not play..cause not efficient

Hi,
My cabinet has been long done, but I do not play it much at all. Why? cause it just will nto run how I would like. I got it now running in DOS mod with arcadeos. and it works. but i want it to be absolute full screen. I want every screen shot to show up (where can i get them?) and i want every rom to work and not give me a gay error like some do. Is there any way to do this?? Too bad cant sort arcadeos AOS by years, cause some games from 1980 or 70s just suck.
